What is Aqsa week?

Masjid Al-Aqsa is the third holiest site in Islam. It is a symbol of unity, heritage and resistance for the Palestinian people. This gives an idea of the level of importance Masjid Al-Aqsa holds.

Aqsa Week is a global initiative to highlight the importance of Masjid Al-Aqsa and therefore reinforce your devotion and love for it.

This year, Aqsa week runs from 11 - 23 January 2026. During this crucial week we encourage everyone to try and go the extra mile in their efforts to help raise awareness of Palestine and Masjid Al-Aqsa using #LoveAqsa. Read more about Aqsa Week.
